This is a type of on-premises licence suitable where the provision of food is the primary purpose of the business

Other
On-Premises

Many other services may be suitable for an on-premises licence, including cooking school, hair salon, theatre, boating vessel, sport facility, nightclub and art exhibition

Small Bar

Suitable for venues with a maximum patron capacity of 120, no gaming facilities and the choice to admit minors

Fixed Premises Bottle Shop

Suitable for the traditional stand alone bottle shop or a take-away offering as part of a supermarket or boutique retail store

Online Liquor & Delivery

Suitable for online businesses where liquor will be delivered to customers, including same day delivery

Wholesaler

Suitable for businesses selling liquor to other licensed premises or other holders of a liquor licence

Producer

Suitable for wine producers, brewers or distillers who produce liquor on their own premises, for the purposes of wholesale or retail sale

Hotel

Suitable where the primary purpose is the sale of liquor, where additional services such as accommodation, gaming and take away sales are also offered

General Bar

This is a sub-type of the full hotel liquor licence, however without the authorisation to provide gaming services or take away liquor sales

Primary Service

Sell liquor on-premises without having to supply another good or service, for example liquor may be served without a meal at a cafe or restaurant

Late Night Trading

Sell liquor outside of standard trading hours, including after midnight Monday to Saturday and after 10pm on Sunday

Drink on Premises

Allow your producer licence to sell liquor for consumption on premises not just as take-away

Minors Areas

Allow minors, in the company of an adult, within the restricted areas of your small bar, general bar or hotel
